Community Guidelines

• Speak to people with dignity, even when you disagree.
• No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, discrimination, sexual misconduct, or personal attacks.
• Do not pressure anyone to share personal experiences, contact details, photographs, or recordings.
• Use a member’s correct name and respect reasonable boundaries.

• Share honestly. Do not pass copied work, false achievements, or misleading opportunities as your own.
• Give feedback on the work, not the person. Keep it specific, constructive, and kind.
• No spam, chain messages, unrelated promotions, unsolicited selling, or repeated self-promotion.
• Jobs, internships, events, scholarships, and collaborations must be genuine and described clearly.

• What someone shares in confidence stays in confidence.
• Ask before screenshotting, recording, reposting, or using another member’s work or story.
• Never share passwords, financial details, private documents, or another person’s personal information.
• Do not arrange risky transactions or in-person meetings through Teedians without appropriate safeguards.

If there is an immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Teedians is a learning community, not an emergency, medical, or mental-health service.

Mentoring should remain professional and appropriate. Members and mentors must not exploit trust, request improper favours, promise guaranteed outcomes, or create financial, romantic, or coercive pressure. Participants under 18 require extra care and parent or guardian involvement where appropriate.

Depending on context and seriousness, we may remove content, give guidance or a warning, limit access, suspend an account, remove a participant without refund, or report unlawful or dangerous conduct. We may act immediately when safety is at risk. Decisions consider impact, pattern, evidence, and the need to protect the community.

Email gsthina@teedians.in with what happened, when, where, who was involved, and any relevant evidence. Please do not investigate or publicly confront someone if doing so could increase risk. We will handle reports as privately as reasonably possible, but may need to share limited information to review or respond.

Good-faith reports are protected. Deliberately false or retaliatory reports may themselves break these Guidelines.
