Teedians Community LLP is responsible for the personal information described here. This Policy applies when you visit our website, apply, join the community, attend a workshop or event, buy a membership, or communicate with us.

• Details you provide: name, email, phone number, college, course, year of study, city, and application responses.
• Participation information: attendance, club choices, submissions, feedback, support requests, and community interactions.
• Purchase information: plan or event selected, amount, status, transaction reference, and billing details needed for records.
• Technical information: device, browser, approximate location, IP address, pages viewed, referral source, and cookies or similar technologies.
• Content with permission: photographs, recordings, testimonials, or work you agree to share.

Payment providers process your card, UPI, or banking credentials. Teedians does not receive or store your complete card number, PIN, or UPI PIN.

• to review applications, create access, and deliver community activities, memberships, workshops, and events;
• to send schedules, reminders, resources, payment confirmations, safety notices, and support responses;
• to personalise member experiences and understand which programmes are useful;
• to prevent abuse, protect people, enforce our rules, and meet accounting or legal obligations;
• to share community news or offers where permitted—you can opt out of promotional messages.

We process information with your consent, to provide what you requested, to meet legal obligations, and for reasonable uses such as safety, support, and improving Teedians.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share only what is needed with:

• trusted providers that support hosting, forms, email, messaging, analytics, payments, and event operations;
• mentors or organisers who need information to run a programme safely;
• professional advisers, regulators, or authorities when required by law or necessary to protect people and rights;
• a successor organisation if Teedians is reorganised, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Some providers may process data outside India under their own safeguards and applicable law.

Information you post in a group or share during a session may be visible to other participants. Please do not post sensitive information you do not want others to see. Members must not copy or distribute another person’s content without permission, but no online community can guarantee how every participant behaves.

We may use essential cookies to keep the site working and limited analytics to understand visits and improve pages. Browser settings can block optional cookies, although parts of the site may work differently. Links to external websites, payment pages, or messaging platforms are governed by those providers’ policies.

We keep information only as long as needed for membership, programmes, safety, support, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. Retention periods differ by record. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Teedians is primarily intended for college students. We do not knowingly invite children under 13 to provide personal information. Participants under 18 should use Teedians with parent or guardian consent.

We may update this Policy when our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version, and significant changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
