Terms of Service

Teedians is operated by Teedians Community LLP (“Teedians”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms apply to teedians.in, our community spaces, memberships, workshops, events, forms, and related services.

By joining, registering, purchasing, or participating, you agree to these Terms and our other policies.

Teedians is designed mainly for college students and early-career learners. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent to your participation and any payment.

You promise that the information you give us is accurate and that you will keep account or invite links secure.

Teedians works when people feel safe enough to try. You agree to follow our Community Guidelines and to:

• treat members, mentors, speakers, and staff with respect;
• avoid harassment, discrimination, threats, bullying, or deliberately harmful conduct;
• not spam, impersonate others, misuse personal information, or disrupt sessions;
• respect confidential conversations and ask before sharing someone else’s photo, story, or work.

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or remove anyone whose conduct harms the community or breaks these Terms. Serious safety concerns may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Some Teedians experiences are free; others, including memberships, workshops, or events, may be paid. The price, schedule, format, inclusions, and availability shown when you register form part of your purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Teedians provides community, educational experiences, mentoring, and opportunities to practise. We do not promise a job, internship, income, admission, placement, business result, or any particular personal outcome. Your choices, effort, circumstances, and third-party decisions remain your responsibility.

Nothing we share is professional legal, financial, medical, or mental-health advice.

Teedians materials, branding, session formats, recordings, and original content belong to Teedians Community LLP or their respective licensors. You may use materials personally for learning, but may not copy, sell, publish, record, or commercially reuse them without written permission.

You keep ownership of work you create. When you voluntarily submit work for a community showcase, you give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to display it for that purpose. We will seek separate permission before using a personal story, image, or testimonial in public marketing.

Event dates, mentors, venues, or formats may change for operational, safety, or circumstances beyond our control. If Teedians cancels an event without a replacement, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a new date, credit, or refund. Participant-requested changes remain subject to the Refund Policy.

We aim to run Teedians carefully, but services may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent allowed by law, Teedians Community LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for the acts, advice, links, opportunities, or services of members and third parties.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited under Indian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights that require otherwise. We may update these Terms as Teedians evolves; the effective date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
